Hi there! ‘A Female led catering business returns to its roots in Grantown on Spey’

Speyside Kitchen opens new premises in Grantown on Spey’s Achnagonalin Industrial Estate. Owned by Claire MacKenzie and Sarah Bromley, supported by an amazing team offering catering packages to a variety of clients. Including Cairngorm National Park Authority, Community Groups, Rothiemurchus and Wilderness Scotland; developing strong partnerships with other local businesses that support each other.

Speyside Kitchen creates restaurant quality Scottish-inspired menus to enjoy at home. Their collection of luxury meals and platters have been created to be delivered straight to the door, to help customers host without the hassle. With something for everyone and every occasion and bespoke menus created for individual needs. Where possible the produce is locally sourced and seasonal. within the Scottish Highlands. With the local knowledge of the team being of great value,

knowing the holiday homes and local venues booked for events, meetings, conferences, and special occasions. They can deliver across Badenoch and Strathspey, Moray and Inverness, Loch Ness areas. The unit at Green Park at Achnagonalin is a flexible space that they have made their own and in a convenient location for clients to collect or for SK to deliver from, as well as cater for larger events.

Taking on the unit, were delivering on the businesses journey to net zero with solar panels and wood chip heating.

With a combined wealth of experience in hospitality and production of fine food together from our kitchens we provide first-class hospitality and catering made from the best local produce.

Sarah creates our recipes making sure our traditional dishes loved by all are the best quality possible. Claire knows her game from our local Venison to our local Venues. When logistics and menus are key then ask Claire ! A conversation always assists. New and insightful dishes are introduced inline with our seasons so all is local and fresh. See our ‘specials’ which reflex the seasons. Our Vegetarian and Vegan dishes are truly worthy of note.
