We work to order so all produce is freshly purchased as per the menu ordered for delivery.  Nothing is precooked or frozen.  Speyside Kitchen works in partnership with our suppliers throughout Speyside and the Highlands.   We love our local high street in Grantown on Spey and support our local merchants first in Grantown and the surrounding villages and towns on the Spey River.  

 

Glenfeshie Seafood’s:  Smoked Fish Products: – Sourced from Wester Ross or Scottish Salmon Co. and regarded as the best Fish Farm in Scotland.  A small family run artisan smokehouse specialising in smoked salmon.  Their aim: to produce the best you can buy using simple time crafted methods!

Our Fresh Fish Suppliers are based on the Moray Coastline.  Lossiemouth and Portsoy.  Also from North Coast of Scotland: Scrabster near Thurso.  All deliver to us in the early hours direct from the boat.

 

Grants of Speyside:  Creators of Award Winning Blackpudding and Haggis: – Five generations later, recipes and traditions remain the same at Grants of Speyside.  They have made our Black Pudding and Haggis to the same recipes created by Jessie Grant over 190 years ago. circa 1824.  

 

Balliefurth Farm Shop:- Locally Farmed Meats and Deli Counter: – Balliefurth Farm opened their Farm Shop in the village of Nethy Bridge.  Farming is an integration livestock, forestry, environment and tourism for the mutual benefit of all.  

 

Achnahannet Farm Produce:- Homemade Garnishes, Relishes, Jams and Chutneys.

 

Maclean’s Bakery: – Fresh Bread and Rolls. Croissants all delivered daily: – Originally from Western Isles Macleans are centrally located in the Highlands or Speyside and Grampian Region of Scotland.

 

The Grantown Dairy:- Locally produce Fruit and Vegetables: – Small family run business with decades of experience. Suppliers of local fruit and veg with a great variety. Large selection of Jams, Chutneys and spices.  They also supply wild bird food.

 

Black Isle Dairy: – Ice Cream: – Launched 2013. Artisan Ice Cream; creamy pasteurised milk from the Black Isle Holstein and Jersey Cows.  Highly recommend

 

Graham’s Family Dairy: – Milk, Cream, Butter and Yoghurts.  3 Generations have looked after the herds that produce Scotland’s finest dairy produce.  We use their Milk, Creams and Butter.  Yoghurts too.  

 

Connage Highland Dairy:-  Cheeses Galore: – A traditional, family owned fully organic business at Ardersier.  We recommend a visit to their pantry.

 

Rannoch Smokery: – A traditional family owned business with generations of experience to call upon producing some of Scotland’s finest gourmet meats. Recognised via The Taste Awards, Guild of Fine Foods and Scotland Food and Drink Federation.  Simply fantastic smoked meats supplied by us to you.
