Venison Goulash a warming winter stew of local Venison, peppers and smoked paprika, served with sour cream

Venison Stroganoff local well aged venison in a creamy mushroom and brandy sauce.

Game Cottage Pie A twist on this family favourite, using healthy venison mince  

Chicken Balmoral Chicken breast stuffed with Haggis and wrapped in bacon in a whisky sauce

Spanakopita (V) A crispy delicious Greek-style spinach and feta pie
